Default Mr Magorium Wonder

I just picked this up for my kid - a bit pricey at 29.99 but she really wants to see it.

Can anyone tell me if it is anygood? Kid wise or aduly wise. I figure it will look good since the movie looks colorful.

Guess I will see tonight

I find it so useless to quote rottentomatoes.com. I find their opinions useless and uniteresting. Watch the movie yourself and form your own opinion. I'm sick and tired of people not liking a movie based on reviews. Just see it. Some movies that get great reviews turn out to be stinkers in my opinion and vice versa. Sheesh. Rottentomatoes can suck it.

Brought my kid to see it in the theater. Kid seemed to think it was okay, but I hated it to death. My wife thought I was being a prude, but man, what a stinker it was.

I thought it was great, actually.

I'm pretty open to any type of movie if they do it right (romance, classics, westerns, action, dramas, comedy, horror, sci-fi, etc.). For what it was aiming for, I think this movie did a pretty good job -- they could have fleshed out characters a bit more, but otherwise I really enjoyed it. I think the movie deserved to be longer, honestly -- there was enough potential good content that they could have used another 20-25 minutes worth of footage in there to flesh things out a bit.
