I've always identified with Holden Caulfield from Catcher in the Rye. He was incredibly full of wisdom.

Although I am nothing like him, I often wish I could have been more like George W. Hayduke. I'm not an environmentalist, but I can identify the ludicrosity of keeping America's highways beautiful by not littering upon them. Unfortunately, Hayduke's America is long, long gone.
