I'd like it to continue until the results are more predictable. Even with the price advantage HD DVD on clearance has, I've still been pretty shocked by the results lately.

Warner's "I Am Legend" again was the top-selling high-def title for the week.

Doesn't say what format or if its both combined.

Why do we still have an active Nielsen prediction thread? Are we worried that HD DVD will come back to haunt us?

Man the numbers are swing from week to week and aside from major BD releases excluding Chipmunks. There was a major HDDVD and BD had a greater % this week when pretty much nothing was releasedd last week for HDDVD.

With my student's EOGs a month away and the interest in the game winding down, this past week was the last week.

For now.

I will start up a BD-DVD top 20 percent game in June. Not sure how much interest there will be if the numbers simply don't fluctuate, but we'll see.

I will wrap up this contest when I have the time (might be a few days, busy family life this weekend.)

I finally have to time to close out the contest. I'll go run the numbers and post the final thread shortly.

The post will be in Off-Topic as will the future contest.

Eh, it's too bad, as I wanted to see four weeks of 95:5 or greater before considering it dead. If not that, I figured we'd at least let it drag on until HMM stopped releasing the numbers.

But, yeah, even though it's still kind of fun for me and a few others, it's not like HD DVD's coming back.
