Office Space. It never gets old. I could watch Peter cutting fish on his desk 1000 times in a row.

Nothing with a giant plot twist. Once you've seen it, the next time you watch you're just sitting there waiting for the inevitable change-over...

Indiana Jones (any)
Pulp Fiction (the dialogue alone is worth it)
The Incredibles
LOTR Trilogy (especially if you've read the books)

I feel exactly the same way, especially about The Prestige. But I know how you feel - it's just not the same anymore.

I think I could rewatch the Prestige, maybe not like every week, but it will get a rewatch. Others maybe not so much, Hide and Seek I will never watch again and it had a twist, but it was also an awful awful awful movie. What were you thinking Bob.

I have more tht I watch or could watch a lot but these two movies on every viewing I enjoy as much as the first time, if not more, and that's worth singling them out.

Yes, De Niro and Dakota Fanning. It is really bad. Came out about 3-4 years ago.

I could never this down to only 3 movies. So with that in mind this list is movies that I have watched more then 30 times each, some well over that. And in the case of Star Wars IV it's something like close to 200 times

Star Wars IV-VI
Indy Movies
The Mummy
Bad Boys
The Hunt For Red October
Tombstone
Fiddler On The Roof
Moulin Rouge
Money Talks
Dogma
Clerks II
I, Robot
Scream
Mothman Prophecies
The Transporter
The 5th Element
Die Hard (only the first)
Lethal Weapon 2
Desperado

I am sure I am even forgetting some but those movies get watched more then anything in my house.
