I saw this back in February when the hype was huge and thought it was a tad overrated. Not a bad movie by any means but I am not sure what all the hype was about. It seems every year a movie like this comes out that people go nuts for and I guess June was it for the year. I thought it was well written and acted though. Overall I would give it 3 out of 4 stars but wouldn’t buy it.

hello all,

i just rent this movie and thought i would throw my two cents in. I liked the general story and plot, but didn't care for the main character's acting and style of speech. her character and interactions with her family just seemed over the top and unnatural. the only actor i really enjoyed was michael cera, his character seemed to be right on. All in all I'd give this a 6/10, definitely not a movie of the year.

I enjoyed it alot.

but, I was a teen parent, so, I could relate to what that movie was about....

different strokes for different folks.

I wholeheartedly agreed with the nominations that it received.
