We've had some cool discussions on here about movie scores/soundtracks, and it's awesome to see so many people who are into film music. That being said, I think it's important to sometimes distinguish between a movie's visual production and musical production, so I was curious as to what scores people really love or enjoy, even if they didn't think the movie shaped up quite as nicely. Keep in mind this should be more of a music appreciation thread, not a movie bashing one. Everyone will have a different opinion of what movies are good/bad

yeah right...thats why most critics think it was the best of the prequels. Thats why it grossed 430 Million back in 1999. Take out Jar Jar and the midiclorian thing and its a great film (that actually comes closest to the OT as far as pacing goes!)

and is tied for lowest on Metacritic It also has the second most negative reviews on RT, Attack of the Clones had more but had more total reviews also. Now, none of that means its a bad movie as far as I'm concerned though, I'm the only critic who's opinion matters to me. And I like it. |

Even though Conan the Barbarian isn't a "bad" movie, the score is way better than the movie deserves. Some others are
Alien 3 Alien vs Predator 2 Armageddon Beastmaster 2 Broken Arrow Cutthroat Island The Da Vinci Code Judge Dredd King Solomon's Mines Krull Sky Captain Superman IV The Time Machine (remake) Timeline X-Men 3 |
