You know, you make a good point. Instead of taking a sarcastic tone and wise-crackin' about how you posted regarding your broken XBOX360 in a PS3 forum on a Blu-Ray site I should have taken the high road and told you to call microsoft in a very polite and succint post. For this, I offer my apologies.

I'd keep pressing the issue..... just because they fixed it (temporarily) doesn't mean they shouldn't fix it again...... don't they "re-up" the warranty when they fix it the first time? Keep calling, Keep Complaining..... I gave away a LOT of money by not being persistent about something ($2,000 in airline tickets) when I was in the right...... so moral of the story.... STICK TO YOUR GUNS..... Call MULTIPLE times a day.... and send that thing back in!!!
And to everyone just attacking him..... I look at it like a Dog vs. Cat person.... I love dogs.. hate cats........... but if someone says... "what is the best flea medicine for cats" I'm not going to say "Fire" even though I may think it..... I'll look it up, and try to help.... none of you are helping.... and NO I don't own an Xbox..... and really I wish I didn't own a PS3.... the Flocks of 15 year olds who hail it as this great thing that will NEVER POSSIBLY be obsolete, apparently don't remember the fan-fare with the release of the previous billion pieces of electronics/pop-culture inovations. What makes you say that MS won't take it back?
The same problem affects millions of 360s, multiple times. All the people I know who had it happen more than once had MS take it back again. I say call them again, tell them the problem. As long as the rrod is the only issue, and you did not void anything, then they should take it back. If not, talk to a manager/supervisor. But seriously.... chill. |

then it is not the rrod. That is when all 3 are on. This is something else...
It makes no sense, but if they say it is out of warrantee, and are unwilling to fix it, you will have to look for either a refurbished 360, or someone willing to "fix" it. Not sure if they can, but it will cost something. Might be cheaper to buy a refurbished model... |

wow just wow like beta man said keep pressing the issue i had a bad 360 that was repaired by them and it did not work when i recieved it i called they were not to helpful so i filed a BBB complaint magically i had a brand new 360sent to my house they even sent me 2 free games good luck man...
