So if you think these new 3D avatars are ugly as sin, you have no way of avoiding them with this new dash design.

XBox Live accounts for 80% percent of ALL song downloads (Rock Band, Guitar Hero) between ALL consoles....

Hell, I don't use my pay-per-view on my cable for my t.v. - I doubt I'd use my PS3 for movies - although I can see the appeal for others.

Microsoft is trying very hard to monopolize digital download for movies. I'm sure in ten years or so that will totally pay off - right now though, they seem to be stuffing the pockets of anyone they can for any kind of leverage they can get.

I still can't decide if I think it looks bold or desperate.

i agree with some of you said , but SE does'nt want the japanese market anymore than the past that's way they went for 360 for the global market not the japanese market , they can rock japan iwth wii or ps3 but for the global market 360 seems to be the only choice for SE because the numbers shows ps3 did'nt sell as many units as 360 did so way not get a little of that cash towards them with execlusive IP's ?

But Jeeeez. Microsoft just doesn't stop. They must have made one HECK of a deal to Netflix for exclusive rights.
if i remember right, netflix did a pretty big thing for Sony starting the week of HD DVDs true demise off with going blu-ray exclusive.

If people don't remember correctly, nothing happened for about a month after Warner Bros. went exclusive. Then 1 morning Netflix announced they were going blu-ray exclusive, later that day best buy announced that they would now tout blu-ray as their #1 HD choice (but still stock HD DVD), later that week Wal-Mart went blu-ray exclusive. Within a week Toshiba announced HD DVD was dead.

The Netflix, Best Buy, and Wal-mart trifecta is what sliced HD DVDs head off. WB just knocked them on the ground so they could cut the head off.

And who cares about this download crap, I thought we had already been through this a million times.

Lips, Microsoft's answer to Singstar. Let's you use your own Zune or iPod and sing along to your own songs. Wireless mics with lights with motion sensitivity.

I can't access anything from work.

-So MS introduced what I call (Mii 2) due to it simply being a second-gen Mii and there comical "Me Too" attitude.

- Exclusive netflix compression with lossy audio.

- A movie making service

- Ability to chat with others while watching a movie

Is that it? Seriously, no motion control (Newton) like all the rumors said, no new IPs? if thats the case

I use the free streaming on my computer all the time. I would have been nice to do it on my TV via the PS3.
