Actually, I have owned an 8125, Blackjack, Dash, and have had my hands on about every HTC phone to pass through T-Mobile or AT&T. I would still say that the iPhone is the best phone I have had. Web browsing is smoother, no Windows Mobile lockups, music is easier to navigate, watching movies is awesome, the GPS works great, The remote desktop (WinAdmin) is awesome, etc.

My only complaint is the lack of tethering. That comes in handy for free internet access at the airport.

cooked roms and never using internet explorer are the keys to a good windows mobile experience

no copy/paste and no mms are serious blows to the iphones credibility as the better phone. imo anyways

and to be fair, the phones you listed vs the iphone..i would completely agree with the iphone being better

I can live without MMS and video capturing, but every phone aimed at a business user should be capable of tethering.

Original 8GB iPhone, running on T-Mobile. I love it. Way better than any phone I've used. I'm looking forward to the HTC G1 to see what that can do. So far that's the only thing I've seen that may make me want to replace the iPhone.

iPhone 3G 16GB Black....
Simply the best!

There isn't a UI as good. Period. Web surfing which is so much easier to use with the stretch zoom, etc. No need for a stylus!!! Mine always got missing or broken on my Sprint PPC6700. Movies are excellent. Not to mention the nice App Store where most things are free. Also, constant updates and upgrades which are always welcome. Very very soon I'm sure we'll see some copy/paste(which I couldn't care any less about) and hopefully video capture which is the only thing I believe its really missing. But that can still be done Jailbroken.

I had the original 8GB iPhone and gave that to the GF when I got my new iPhone 3G at 8:01am July 11th, first person in the door!

t-mobile wing. Don't really care for it, had the dash before this. I do like that i can play pocketnester and run my slingbox thru it, but the the memory leaks are not worth it. I think i'm ready for the Iphone.
