I think the Fenix stuff is owned by Sony, and unlike the previous volumes this release is nothing to do with them as MVD have taken over. About half of the stuff is on the CD/DVD edition of that album and the rest is at least all online in HD, so if anyone was motivated enough to do a home brew...
