If the "transfer" is good, and it's not a "digibook" release, I might pick it up sometime in the future. I'm not sure it will be a D&D pick up though.

Hopefully it will have "lossless" audio though as I'd LOVE to hear the theme with "lossless" as well as the "shake shake" (I can't remember the name of the) song.

Looking forward to this, but I'll wait until we get some specs (put a lossless track on there, and no DNR, Warner, you donkeys) on it before I get my hopes up.

I read that the regular dvd edition will also have some of the Beetlejuice cartoons. I wonder if this will also be the case for the blu-ray edition too..........

I never did get around to buying it on dvd. I had a copy on a super VHS and loved it. As long as they do the film justice I will get it. Are you listening Warner.
