teh dark knight iz teh uber pwnge and if u dont buy it on day 1 u have problemz and should be locked in a padded cell.

lol jk...but seriously this movie rocked and im definately buying it on day 1. my favorite movie this year by far

I'm going to buy it but I'm definitely not going out of my way to get the Canadian steelbook version. I'm saving that for the Bond movies.

I like the uniformity.

My problem is just like what happened with POC I would want all three in a collection set but stupid me bought them individually and then months later they have all three in one package. Nonetheless I will probably end up getting this one the first day but I dunno about Batman Begins I hear nothing but bad reviews on the quality of the blu ray...

I have no idea where you heard Batman Begins is a poor quality blu-ray. It was an awesome blu-ray

not sure, I'm not a big time Blu Ray buyer, I mostly rent, I haven't seen this movie in theaters and am just not sure whether I'll like it or not, so I'm thinking I'll just rent it, maybe buy it further down the line.

I will buy the Dark Knight nut it may not be on day 1. I did like the movie but I do think that it is a bit over hyped. It was a really good movie dont get me wrong just not the best thing ever made like so many make it out to be. It seems like it will be a must own blu-ray though I am sure the Pq will be top notch. I probably ask for it for Christmas.

I am not buying it mainly because I saw it twice at the IMAX and during the second time... I think the film is good... I kinda don't need to see it again anytime soon. It isn't bad it is best to revisit it later on otherwise you'll wear it out to the point of it no longer being exciting.

Day 1 for me. I didn't let the hype get to me and I just went in and enjoyed the hell out of it. The only thing I hated in the movie was Bale's Batman voice.

I'm going to wait for this to be in the $5 bin at Wal-mart. I'm not a big Batman fan and don't care how good it is, to me, it will suck. I tried watching Batman Returns, and have gotten maybe 15 minutes into it ever since it came out. That said, I hope it does really well though, because it does deserve to sell well, and from what everybody says it lives up to the hype.

I liked the film a lot. I thought Heath really redefined the role of the joker and this is coming from a supporter of Nicholson's performance back in 1989. What I didn't like about TDK was the right wing, conservative overtones in the film. I felt that in the last act it was more of a justification of the patriot act. It's ok to spy on people as long as we catch the bad guys in the end. But all in all Nolan shot the film brilliantly.
