i'm in class and will call amazon after to see what they can do... they better ship me another ps3 and let me use that box with information to send back the other one.. and I better get 2 day shipping.

amazon lost an item i bought from them in shipping this past week...

when i emailed them about it, they instantly looked into it, found out it was lost in shipping, sent out another and gave it one day shipping priority. amazon is amazing. i think you have nothing to worry about.

Reason I cannot return item is because it was part of a bundle deal... they won't just give me a ps3, i have to return the whole bundle then they refund..

only problem is i bought it on black friday for $250.. therefore I won't get back enough to pay for the new item.. this is bullcrap,

Just ship me out a new ps3 with 2 shipping labels ( like ea does for rock band.) then with that other shipping label I ship back the broken ps3. If the PS3 is not returned in 30 day then I get charged the full amount for the ps3...

This seems logical to me, yet amazon can't comprehend it..

that blows.... 1 year Manufacture warantee with sony it is then? thats still free. that really sucks though. call sony!

I would rather amazon just fix their problem, I'm even talking to a manager getting no where.. this is why i never shop amazon.

funny thing is I asked for the manager's manager and he told me no one is above him... then 20 mins later.. i ask for his manager's # and poof there is someone above him and he walked in the door... thanks for lying to me...

He then tries to tell me the same thing... They can't take it back.. WTF... I call Sony in the morning even though they said they can't touch it within 30 days because its the stores job to take the item back and give you a new one.

I will never shop amazon again, they suck, and screwed me over 5 times too many.
