Potatoes. I like 'em baked, fried, mashed, scalloped, chipped, dipped, whipped, as a soup, as a salad, as fries, as wedges, as crisps, as pies, in burritos, on burgers, with apple sauce...and whatever else! I just haven't had them raw...I don't think I want to.

Mashed Potatoes.

They go with everything. Steak, burgers, basically any meat.

Extra lean angus roast beef they sell at Costco. Possibly the best thing ever. I devour it. I would say pizza, but being Lactose Intolerant SUCKS. Haven't had pizza in a long time.

Veal Scallopini tonight!

Lighted breaded and pan-fried in a mixture of EVOO/Butter. Served with oven-roasted Potatoes, and fresh green beans (blanched) then reheated/tossed on the stovetop with some garlic, EVOO and a sprinkling of breadcrumbs.
