Is this the U.S. version? Because the Canada one was released Jan 6th and this one says Feb 17th. So this must be the U.S. one right?http://www.amazon.com/Freddy-Jason-B...4396547&sr=1-3

No its the Canadian version, Alliance title sold by Amazon.com

Trainspotting just got posted on Amazon Canada for quite a bit less than the $53.99 import Amazon currently has listed.

It is cheaper to buy it from Canada and have it shipped here. I paid about $17 and that included shipping.

Yes, I received it a couple weeks ago. Very nice PQ and AQ. Alliance is doing a good job on there BD movies.

I too ordered this title about a month ago and it looks Great!!! I also only paid about $17 for it. It was less expensive a month ago for some reason it went up in price. Maybe because it was selling like Hotcakes and they wanted to make more money on it???

Yeah, if you buy from the Amazon canadian site it's about 14 dollars U.S., and then depending on shipping it goes up from there.

A word of advice to anybody ordering imports through the U.S. Amazon site, you might want to check the actual Amazon site of the country that the Blu-ray originates from. For instance you can get the blu-ray of Friday the 13th part 2 from amazon.com for $29.99 and have to wait until the 24th for it to ship, or you can get it from amazon.co.uk for $19.87 U.S. and have it ship immediately.

Amazon Canada always lists out of stock movies as having as having a future release date. Make ZERO sense.

Had mine preordered from Amazon.ca and got it a few days later. Very happy with the disc. Great PQ & AQ. If you're looking for extras, skip it.

Possibly will be identical as they hold the distribution rights there for that title for Disney.

That's the Canadian release. Very good picture quality, but no extra's.

It's the Canadian import from Alliance. Search on this site for some user reviews. Heard good things about it.
