Unless you saw that at Sundance then you did see it coming. The movie is famous for that scene.

Freddie Got Fingered's elephant scene anyone?

My standout ewww is Spud's incident with the dirty bedding in his girlfriend's family kitchen from Trainspotting.

she's been in Zodiac since then which was pretty non-indie.

American Pie: The Naked Mile I think it is, when the family leaves and the guy is home alone watching a "movie", family gets home, and grandma walks in right when he "finishes" watching the "movie" and gets nailed.

Yeah, that's just horrific thinking about.
