Well for the runners i'm going to use 1/2" plywood and design and cut the wave from that, the wood slats that's where it could get tricky i'm planning on oak, i have priced them at $12 a piece so that's the major cost, but yeah before i start anything i will price everything out before i start. I also plan on using brass screws for that added touch.
