wow - I've only seen 28 of those movies. A lot of the others are on my rental list though.

I think it's there as one of those 'cultural impact' flicks; the concept has been repeated so often through various series.

Gotta love the concept though... As Bill Murray demonstrated with his music lessons, you could spend a millennium in the loop and learn freakin' everything before you come out!
