How does he still have 100% positive feedback, are the scams only from HDD? Granted that site was 99% pro-HD DVD but still that isn't cool

I had one buying experience with Jester and I wouldn't call it exactly a smooth one. Took over 3 weeks to get my movie but because he had so much positive feedback I just let it go. However I did notice over the past year he would strangely sell massive amounts of blu-rays due to some sort of crisis in his life and then strangely he would accumulate even more blu-rays and then have another crisis in his life that required him to sell his collection again. I thought this was a little suspicious. I apologize if my lack of empathy offends anyone but in some strange way none of this really surprises me.

agreed, I avoid anyone who is trying to sell anything in desperation, always ends badly and has done so numerous times on these forums and others. dat is another one that has alot of emergencies

I have to say, some people really have some balls. I can't imagine it's worth going to jail for such a minute amount of money - $200/300/500/1k. Is it really worth the record and jail time? Really?

If you needed money that bad, ask people. People are more giving than you think. People gave me donations when I needed to help my dog get surgery. I honestly did not expect it but I earned over $150 bux in less than a few days.

It is sad people do this. Nobody has paid him a visit yet? Surely someone has his name and address. That's the first thing I would have done. A large group of people coming over and knocking on his door or paying a visit to him at his work place would have been good "persuasion" for him to right his wrongs.

Well if his goal was to scam people all along, I would be surprised he was dumb enough to put his real address on the movies he actually sent out (to build up his feedback/reputation, before starting the scam).

I think people are better off paying 2-10+ more and buying from our good sellers then try to gamble on someone who might be looking to take advantage of the site and people on it.

usually if some new member (0mo- 1 1/2 yrs) has some amazing deal then it probably is to good to be true...

not to mention they can track the Ip down to the ISP and location (state/maybe zip) I don't know how far all thats come since 02 when I was last around that... Yeah doesn't seem worth it to me either.

maybe we could have warning on the top of the trading thread that says amazing deal from new member that no one can match might be to good to be true check with some people b4 sending someone money.

Nobody has paid him a visit yet? Surely someone has his name and address.

People don't give their name and address when their intentions are good, so I just can't imagine someone planning a scam to be stupid enough to let his name/adress to anyone, anywhere and if he did then he is very stupid on top of being malevolent.

It's actually pretty simple. Either is PayPal address was confirmed or unconfirmed. I am sure anyone here that dealt with him could verify that. If it's unconfirmed, you have your answer.

As for people in general, most are too stupid to cover their tracks. Some do, but most do not. Is not that hard to find people either the way they openly and freely share stuff about themselves online.

A simple search revealed he is...

28, married, has kids, a bartender, lives in Tucson Arizona,completed high school and His name is Keith.

maybe the people who actually got stuff from him either have the packaging or remember enough about the return address
