Whoever has it in their area, let me know if your area has the ending that doesn't suck, I'll go there to watch it then. {I have a strange feeling I'll be staying at home and waiting to rent it}

Same, the very idea just seems stupid. Is the different ending simply different 30 second scenes after the credits, or something more substansive the end before the credits.

I've already decided I won't see this movie because of this issue.

The movie loses its meaning in my opinion. So this one must be the only one like this please Hollywood dudes !
Again, these are likely post-credit teaser sequences. The leaked version has one that shows
[Show spoiler]Wolverine in Japan as a hint to a direct sequel, other ones might show a hint at the First Class spin-off or the Deadpool spin-off
.

Think of Iron Man. What if in some theatres, instead of seeing Tony Stark getting propositioned by Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury of SHIELD, the post-credit sequence had shown him meeting Edward Norton as Bruce Banner. And in another theatre, it showed James Rhodes putting on the War Machine armor. And all of these sequences would be visible on the home video release.

And Spider-man 3 isn't called "Venom and Sandman", but does that mean they can do whatever they want with the characters and fans aren't allowed to be upset? It's true that Deadpool isn't as big of a fan-favorite as Venom, but what they've done to Deadpool is an even larger departure than the direction they took with Venom.

Know i'd be okay with this. Firstly as I wouldn't wait through the whole credits to see this addition (i'd just wait to rent/buy it when it is released and fast foward through the credits [unless I really like the score ]).

Whats the point of making this movie? Are you kidding me, multiple endings? It sounds like a desperate attempt to squeeze out revenue. If they have any confidence in the movie, they would stick with just one true ending.

I hope all the endings are completely different but all fit together. This will make the Blu release that much cooler when you get to see all the different ones, and learn more of the story.

As someone who actually have WATCHED Wolverine, I'd say this.

It's a CODA not an ENDING. Afrobean is right. The movie ends where it ends. Long list of credits. Then right after you see "Filmed entirely in New South Wales, Australia" and the DTS/Dolby/Panavision roll up the screen, you see the CODA.

The one that I saw last at MOST 15 seconds and does not alter the meaning of the ENDING AT ALL. Spoiler=>
[Show spoiler]It's the Japanese bar scene.

I'm not a huge comic book fan and have only read one that had venom in it. I've been told it was his first appearance, but he was very similair in the movie to the comic I read. Yes, he was Eddie Brock Junior and wasn't bluging with muscles but those where the only real two differences I noticed. Once again, before you slaughter me, remember i've only read him (apparently) in his first appearance.

Uh, didn't they come up to Vancouver to do some extra shots after filming in Australia?

Anyway, I'm sure this is already being discussed, but personally, I hope that we have the option on the blu-ray to watch with a random ending - just like in the theatres.
