I'm in MD, obviously, and I ordered DD/BS a little late(around 3pm), so I probably won't get a tracking number until later this evening I would imagine.
Since I'm not receiving emails from them(don't know why?), I just check "My Account" on their website for the 2nd tracking number. Once I have that I just check the UPS website for an estimated date.

My total for all 9 (7 last night, 2 mid-day) is $136.61, and that is with the second order including shipping.

I respectfully disagree , your thoughts are fine on the matter, you can deal with things how you want and can treat people how you feel they deserve to be treated. That's your business, prerogative, choice. When you name call people and say they are acting as divas for expressing concern on how situations are being handled, to me that's just a pot stirring attitude. As i prefaced though you are entitled to your beliefs and your opinions. Customer Service is the first and last line of defense for a company. In my opinion it is their job to know who you are, take notes and make sure they aren't contradicting themselves. Mistakes happen, and as I said before its how your rectify them that determines you success in regards to retention. They are offering something people want, no doubt about it, no doubt it will sell out and they are happy taking peoples money, but it does add a stigma that they are difficult to deal with, they are wishy-washy and are not forthright and accountable, based on my experience. Short term, maybe not a problem, long term, big concern. I don't personally feel I am losing out because I choose who i spend my money with and who I don't. The ends have to justify the means and if i am not happy, then I am ok with not getting something or finding another avenue to get the item I want. My goal was not to complain about what happened, but share my experience so people can hear it, more often then not people draw their own conclusions as they should.

Nice. Paying 24.99 for The Fly put me way over!

Sorry, wasn't attacking you, just giving my opinion. You are right with what CS is "supposed" to do, but unfortunately it doesn't always happen. You can spend your money however you like, I wasn't telling you what you should do, just my point of view. I applaud your self control, cause when I want something it eats me inside. Good thing that doesn't happen too often I am not very enthusiastic about these showing up. Lets see.

Still not in the 1990s decade, I think...

Sadly there's no way you can explain away how inept Foxconnect has been at their handling of the situation with the website pricing and customer service.
, my bad.

But hey at least they're giving [some of] us an exclusive.

We can't expect these guys to be Amazon, no one is like Amazon lol

What happened to free shipment of orders of comic con merchandise.

Too bad I work nights or I'd have been up to cancel my 1st order and get Donnie Darko for 10.99. Oh well.

CS is a tough job IMO, i never understood why companies pay the CS people on the low end when they are the first people and possibly the last person a customer deals with. There's no right answer unfortunately, I try not to take it personal, because like you said its a job for them. To put everything in perspective to, these aren't 911 operators, or policemen or pharmacists where with those jobs I would consider it essential to have amazing agents at least trying to help....bit off topic

I have a few friends going tomorrow so hopefully they have them at the booth, i think they will

Wait a second, I paid the same price as you then. I was looking at my order total and forgot I ordered two other movies. I'd be seriously irked to be buying them all at 19.99.

Because it's a high stress job with a turnover rate that is extremely high and, at least in the US, it's a position where they look for younger less skilled people as a result. Very easy to replace.

I managed 250 CS reps at Sallie Mae back in the day. Most were temps/college kids.

I think the lowest possible, if you hit when each title was on $10.99, would be $98.91, but I never saw the Fly hit $10.99, only $15.99, so probably $103.91.

My total was $111.91 for all 9 movies, with The Fly being the most expensive one ($15.99). Total with tax came out to be $121.14. Hope this doesn't get canceled

Maybe Fox Connect will ship all the orders with the incorrect pricing without the slips

It sucks as I had to leave at noon when the prices changed to $10.99, $12.99, and of course The Fly for $15.99.

I was going to reorder them all when I got back and found out it was too late. Then Fox won't adjust orders so I'll just stick with the ones I have. Shame as I screen capped them.

Shame they all jumped to $19.99.

It apparently was some sort of price glitch. When they finally caught on they jacked the prices up. I'll be pissed if they drop them again in the middle of the night.

I missed out too, but I look at it like this: I've got 9 BD for $150, that works out to ~$16.6/BD. All guaranteed to have slips!
I'll probably sell my old copies of Silence of the Lambs, Fight Club, Boondock Saints, and maybe Donnie Darko, depending on what these discs hold.
As long as they arrive safely, I'm a happy camper.
