Sell! Wish I had actually known about selling them earlier. By the time I got around to start selling, about 300ish of my unused codes had already expired. Typically you can get anywhere from $2-$7 for each code depending on how new or old the title is.

I usually redeem my codes. Do I ever really watch them?.....not really.
Sometimes I will buy just a code off of forum members here if it's a movie I enjoyed but not enough to warrant buying a physical copy.

The more I think about it, the more I agree with this position.

Only time I even think about using a code is for DV and I haven't even redeemed those.

So I guess once you’re absolutely sure you want to keep a title it’s safe to sell the code?

Then again there’s the better edition that may come down the line or a steelbook haha.

I spent about $300 on Blu-rays on Black Friday and by that Sunday had already made approximately $150 of that back just from selling the codes. So, I'd say it's worth it

Digital Copies under the Trading forum on here. Best time to sell is release week. Listed my Kingsman code last week and had over fifteen messages within five minutes asking to buy it.

However, if I list that same code in two weeks, it’ll most likely take a little longer to sell.

Gotcha...figured that. I wish I would have thought about it earlier. Mine might be unwanted or expired now.

Sell em! Ive made at least $700 selling codes just on this forum in the last 3 years. Makes my purchases sting less, and is making my double/triple dipping for uhd much easier. On black friday i was after selling codes getting some 4k for as little as $6.00!

I'm more game to buy digital codes when the UHD disc is something that is just going to take up physical space - something I'm running out of.

Well my family’s really not big into movies like me. Well, my folks are, but I think they would struggle with Vudu.

I am trying to sell some blu-rays (good titles) on Craigslist, but no one seems interested. A guy just texted saying he would take the codes. I guess I could just sell him the codes since I can’t get rid of the blu-rays anyways, right?

Half Price up the street will only give $2-3 but you have to have the code last I asked.

I still love the physical media and the higher resolution and level of viewing they provide (IMHO). I also understand many prefer the convenience of the digital side. I sell mine here on the forum as soon as I get them.

I'm one of the odd one's here. I give most of my codes away in the giveaway forum. I've been doing this for two and a half years, and it feels good giving back something to the members on here. I enjoy reading the PM's I get from members thanking me for the free code. Check out my thread, if you get a chance.

Just checked with Half Price. They give the same amount with or without the digital, so that’s a plus!
