jgagzy - when trust issues were first surfaced in TB, you implied that you were going to try to do better.
I think you can understand that one way an IOU offer could be gamed would be to wait until the price of the code fell in the sale thread, buy that code and deliver it. And I would think you would agree that the amount of time that it has taken you to settle your IOU offer's would be consistent with what someone who was gaming IOU's would need. Yes, the case is circumstantial. But the best defense in a circumstantial case is affirmative proof of innocence. PIF and HOJ is rooted in the trust of each member. |

Just as you say I'm skipping the real problem, so are you. You post someone's information and expect that to be okay? I have had no other problems with IOUs in the past until the Amazon problem arose. I have no reason to game the system or anything like that from any of you. The fact that you guys are taking one situation as the definition of my entire time here is insulting. Look at my record; I have been nothing but timely in every trade and when problems arose in other trades I worked quickly to fix it. I wasn't able to fix Che and FF50 in a better fashion because it was with Amazon. Today was when I found out about the address gaffe; I came here to inform Che of it when all this happened. All this about gaming the system and doubting my GoFundMe is secondary.

I am sleepy. This is getting nowhere. According to rules, PIF claims were not delivered - That's a negative feedback and automatic ban from PIF. I am not a mod, but that is my interpretation of the rules.
