I'll probably add one of you vets into the team since I think I'll have a 6th spot open, for anyone who hasn't done it on a character on normal mode. Andy asked me via PM, so you better be on!

I'm THIS close to giving up on the Thorn crucible bounty. Void Shotgun and Void MG but I NEED ATHEONS EPILOGUE to do this one. Did complete the Bad Juju one today though, and I know have a full set of 2 separate armors to make one Hunter 30 and the other 29 simultaneously. Just need raid arms for the other so they can both be 30. Depressing.

Humbling is right. And so is Jon's advice not to die. I'm going to spend the shards and get my warlock up to 29 so when (not if) I die I'll be able to at least resurrect myself. Unfortunately, that also means a couple hours of spirit bloom farmmg.

Oh, and thanks for the assist in the story today. I didn't mean to drag you in there with me, but saw you were on my fireteam after I selected it and was greatful for the help.

since I've been on a pretty crappy streak lately of only getting ascendant energy instead of shards, I've only gone farming when I finally have enough shards for an upgrade.

was doing the daily event today and came across quite a few chests on the moon......got a little sidetracked, found about 35 helium coils.

I did find a legendary engram during the daily event which ended up being 2 shards, also got 2 shards when I completed the daily......was able to upgrade my boots again today.

1 more upgrade and they are fully upgraded.....then all I have left is my helmet.

OK! I sold my body to the random Destiny addicts today and I will be at level 30 tomorrow. Lucked into a group from LFG at the oracles. Got my mittens. Now I really want to run a hard raid with a forum team. I can still go twice before the reset to try for a helmet.

GREAT first-time normal run for Grim, Rike, and Rike's buddy. Despite being 27 and 26, they performed brilliantly and took direction excellently. Rike got his IceBreaker and Grim cashed out with a Red Death.

Grim was pretty much the Last Action Hero! Never seen a more Audie Murphy-esque player. Great job. Get a mike for next time! They're just $10 at Best Buy. Can't be just us hogging the commentary!

And then Ric and Andy get the Gold Star for killing Atheon as a team when he was at 5% after Supplicants made short work of the team exiting the portal. And I STILL HAVE NO ATHEONS EPILOGUEEEEE. My third chest piece, another leg armor, and another VoC.

Thanks again for showing us the ropes, that was so much fun! I don't think I'll be able to sleep for a while, my heart is still pounding from that photo finish.

If there's a record for most deaths on the pillar jumps, I'm definitely in the running to beat it

I have a mic somewhere still in the box. I got it with my first boost mobile phone. I was only getting energy and shards. I got some crappie axion armor. I think i got 2 weapons from it. When you said it was gonna be 3 to 4 hours. I was gonna quit. But I'm glad I didn't. I haven't had that much fun with the game. Im up for it again. And, i didn't mind listening to all of you talk. It made time go fast. I've put off dinner to do the raid. That's why I left. Once we got to the tower. And i got a new color as well. I got tired of using the red. It's called God of War.

Yes, that was a fun time. Having the portal role for gatekeeper was a lot of pressure, but I'm the better for it now. Also, I'm getting very comfortable with the relic during Atheon. Great job, everyone!

Just got three more defence upgrades to go on my sunbreakers to hit level 30. That should help with hard raid runs.

Did it from the Oracles last night and couldn't get past the gatekeeper, we had 1 level 30 and the rest 29s.

Going to take my level 27 hunter through the hard oracles and templar in a bit then finish off my Warlock.

I also need to do a normal run through with my hunter.

Then I have to decide between leveling up hunter or starting a second Warlock. Although considering I'm at level 30 now I don't really have need to go through the raid twice a week with him. Thoughts?

Level up another Hunter. That way when you get him to 20 you can switch out gear with your other one so you will have 2 27's. You can double up on raids and have more chances each week to get raid gear for the Hunter. Once you get to 30 then delete one of the Hunters and make a Titan.
