Which is why I said much later. There will come a day when you'll sure af receive a fixed copy. That won't be tomorrow and I wouldn't even risk it this year of course though. But end of 2025 should be pretty safe I reckon.

Well, my UHD box set of Pirates of the Caribbean (UK) came with the incorrectly framed disc of the first film. US version has been said to carry the corrected disc. Who knows what will happen to Titanic...

For those that are interested, I sent a follow up email today since because I haven't heard anything since my initial email in June. I just got a response that it was shipped.
If you're on the fence about following up, it works. Now if only Rocky worked. |

Well, I did exactly this (rebought a fixed copy later) with another US Paramount 4K before and received the fixed copy without waiting even a year (Bumblebee). I just watched the stock. At a certain point, with 4Ks in particular, you'll receive the fixed disc unless you're extremely unlucky. I surely won't buy another Nordic copy though.

My replacement disc came inside of a thin white cardboard mailer with the disc inside of a paper sleeve with the clear plastic window on one side. The whole package was about the size of a cd case, and very thin, that easily fit inside my mailbox.

Actually, the white cardboard mailer is 6" wide by 8" long.
It was shipped USPS Ground Advantage. Return address was: Care Of P3 Incorporated Paramount Home Ent. -Consumer Replacements 28145 Harrison Pkwy. Valencia, CA 91355-4165 I pulled it out of the recycle bin to get that information. ![]() |

Yay, I also finally got a shipped email from Paramount!
![]() ![]() ![]() I contacted them on June 3rd, heard back once and sent them the required info... and then never heard anything back until now. I notice the shipping label on USPS Informed Delivery, but it oddly shows as Pre-shipment, but label cancelled? Am in the UK. Applied a month ago and a few days ago. I got the same message as I did with Rosemary's Baby - passing your request over to the INTL division. THEY'RE the numpties who sent out the same faulty RB disc apparently knowing nothing about a replacement programme. Let's see what happens this time.

Just got the initial response email today requesting the additional information (purchase receipt etc.). Sent the requested information back. So for those still waiting for the initial response, it will come eventually, just have to be patient.
