For what it's worth, you can find both of them in this:

You might be able to find them at Big Lots. They have large amounts of the OOP Fox stuff that got dumped after Disney closed the FHE business.

Forgive me if this one was already mentioned, but looks like You Might Be The Killer may be out of print. Out of stock at Amazon, and no longer listed at all on DeepDiscount, Best Buy, Target, etc.

Could just be a low stock issue. Amazon Canada says that it'll be in stock on July 7th.

Man, I remember seeing the dvd set at Wallyworld and kept hoping they would get a BD copy, but then forgot about it and they never did. Oh well, I have the best ones on dvd (the Shark Attack series, esp. #3!) but would really like to have this too. If you hate all of it NR1, I'll buy it from ya for 2-3X what you paid.

Any chance Miramax titles get reissued by Paramount on Blu-Ray? I'm longing to get The Crow and Scream, but don't feel like overspending for the now-OOP versions.

If you want The Crow this set is still affordable:

I never knew of that Meg-A-Shark collection on Blu, and I'd buy it solely for "Shark Attack 3: Megalodon". But it's gone everywhere and prices from marketplace are insane.

But now that I read this site's review of the set, it looks like the quality is pretty poor on many of the films, especially the one I want: SA3.

https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Meg-A...219214/#Review

So no great loss. If I were to run into it by accident at a decent price, I'd still buy it, but from the review, my DVD of that film probably looks better than the Blu.

I also read that review after my last post....
... but my offer to buy it for $30 or less stands anyway. Megalodon is just B-movie gold!

I only knew of it on blu since I saw the dvd and then looked to see if a blu existed. Too bad I didn't just drop the $15 or 20 it was selling for at that time, but I was hoping for that super-cheap set and didn't see any reason it would quickly go OOP. Oppps. Win some, lose some. The review certainly makes it easier to not regret too much.

Echo Bridge is like Mill Creek's illegitimate cousin. I've never bothered with any of their Blu-rays, but their DVDs back in the day were often notoriously bad. I had purchased TV shows so compressed the entire screen was filled with macroblocking. Unlike Mill Creek, I have little confidence that they have since improved.

I think they pretty much stopped with Blu-Ray when they lost the Miramax films that they owned.

Echo Bridge is still releasing BDs, but is mostly focused on DVD of their extensive catalogue, and the company is pretty much dormant in all but name. They are humping away in a three-way with Mill Creek and Walmart, but aren't releasing much of anything new, apart from rando titles they pick up and catalogue from Lionsgate/Millennium Media.

I'm sure it will happen, especially for high-profile, easy-sale titles like these and the Tarantino films. It's just a matter of time. The company catalogue sale only happened a few months ago...and we're in a worldwide crisis. Give them some time.

A copy from amazon itself? It's showing out of stock for me and I don't see any anywhere else.

That's used and in a bundle to boot.

Has there been any word on if Paramount will rerelease Miramax-distributed films on Blu-Ray (and I assume it would be through Paramount, not CBS/Viacom)? Because until that happens, they're gonna be ridiculously overpriced because they're OOP.

In that case, I guess it's a good thing I got my copy of No Country For Old Men when I did.

My concern's that Paramount's been one of the worst studios in terms of releasing back catalog titles and keeping them in print. Obviously some Lionsgate titles are so big that they'll make the cut, but the cutoff will be lower than if it was some of the other studios.

Fox used to be one of the best...
