I messaged them about the replacement and didn't hear back for the longest time. Then out of the blue I got a "Your replacement has been shipped out" email.

It arrived today. Just the disc in a flat envelope. I haven't had a chance to try it yet but I was surprised it was just a disc. I have gotten a few replacements from WB and they sent me a whole damn retail replacement of whatever I needed.

I submitted my proof June 3 and didn't hear anything from them. Then read some here mentioning about emailing them back using the same email chain that I sent my proof of purchase. I email them June 25 and yesterday I got an email saying my disc replacement is getting shipped. So Yay!

You won't hear from them. They'll just send you the disc.

If i buy a new copy from amazon would i get the corrected disc if they replaced the stock already?

No.
You have to have/get the Paramount US release, if you want a replacement, at this point.
Otherwise you will have to deal with Disney UK/Europe. But, as of now, they still aren't aware of this issue, and haven't yet opened a replacement program.
And, even if you would eventually get a replacement from them, it will be just the same disc you already have. Not the corrected one.

Probably that's why when I sent my Amazon invoice and saw that I ordered the Italian release, they didn't wrote me back.

Worked for me and, within 2 days, after sending my eBay invoice + some photos of the boxset, they sent me a shipping confirmation.

I filled out the forum linked by digital bits twice on Tuesday 06/25 and I haven't received a reply email from paramount yet. Should I wait a couple more days or send email to the address that was provided on this forum?

That, and also the fact that near weekends it's pretty damn hard to get everything solved.
Better try directly on Monday.

How did you get the tracking code, btw?
I received an email confirmation saying that it was shipped, but they didn't provided any tracking code.
I suppose for International shipments they probably use USPS Standard, to cut on the costs of postage. Otherwise I would've received one.

I got the tracking numbers (both were Ground Advantage) from my USPS Informed Delivery that were shipped to my name/address. One label was cancelled for whatever reason, and then about a day later another label showed up... and that was the one that eventually got delivered.

But no, the Paramount "shipped" email did not have any tracking number associated with it.

Probably just try the email they've sent the Titanic replacement info and updates from: paramountconsumersupport@p3globalservices.com

This was the email they sent out after you filled out the web form, and what is required:
