Since its 3D and a steelbook, my bet is $30 at the cheapest. Might stay at $35 though. I hope it goes down, then that means the TDKR steelbook should go down as well.

The Underworld steelbook was $24.99(unadvertised) it's first week of release. Of course Spiderman is a much more marketable, and popular film, but we can hope.

If a mod sees this, could they delete the Single Disc edition of TASM. I guess Amazon had a listing for TASM and it was the cheapest version, so I guess someone prematurely added it to the B-R.com system, but Amazon took it down. So there will not be a single disc edition.

I didn't get any of the recent BB steels, so I was just wondering. If the price is good (around $25 for me) then I'll grab it for sure, but if its higher I'll go for the regular version since I don't have a 3D set up and it's not that big a deal for me. I enjoy it on occasion at the theatre, but I wear glasses and my eyes dry out real fast so it can't be a usual viewing thing.

Today I just preordered the Spiderman BD exclusive that comes with the Spiderman mask case, but I will get the Best Buy steelbook so I can have the 3D version.

Not more than The Avengers, however, this was certainly one hell of a summer for comicbook movies!
Definitely in the top 3!

Pre-ordered the Amazing Spider-Man Steelbook through Best Buy, if the price decreases on the item you have on order do they automatically change the price in your account to reflect the current total?

I ordered it too and I don't think they do a price adjustment automatically. However, I did order the Jaws Digibook for instore pickup and asked them to adjust the price at the store, which they did. I see no reason why they wouldn't do the same thing if the price decreases online and you are getting it via the mail. I think we just call their customer service and they adjust the price.

Pretty happy that BB is getting this in a steelbook as I really liked this movie (I only spend extra for the pretty packaging for movies I really like) and was kinda debating getting the HMV version, but that one didn't come with the 3D version. I am a happy camper!

Agreed for #3 spot and that is saying alot since Spidey was up against big competition with Bats and the Avengers.

I tried to pre-order the Amazing Spider-Man Target Exclusive on Target.com with a gift card but it wouldn't let me. Looks like I am just going to have to wait until it comes out to get it.

So which exclusive edition of The Amazing Spider-Man is considered the best one to get? I already missed out on the Target The Avengers bonus disc because I wasn't paying attention in time, so don't want that to happen again. I don't really care about trinkets or a mask, btw, but I do like bonus discs. And I don't have a 3D TV, but I'll buy the 3D version as long as it comes with the regular blu-ray, and isn't more than $5 more expensive (in case I get a 3D TV in the future). I have a PS3, so my blu-ray player is already 3D capable.

Thanks in advance
