I agree with the 2 posts above mine, the first half of season 3, with the Neverland story line was a bit blah. I was very bored with it, but after we got past the halfway point, it was much better.

Are you a Disney Movie Club member? They have a 60% off sale going on right now when you buy the first item at full price. I got season 1 & season 3 a few months back when all their TV shows were on sale for 50% off.. I think I got them for about $18 each.

Can someone from the US who saw the third season in store recently or just bought it online, tell me, if you still get the slipcover? The picture on amazon has been updated, but I thought I'd ask anyway. Just in case. Thanks in advance!

I just saw it at Best Buy yesterday, still had a slip. It wasn't lenticular anymore though.

Pretty sure the lenticular slipcovers for these releases sell out in the first week or so... Best way to ensure yours for the new season is to pre-order... Assuming this new season will have a lenticular.

Also, just a note, just because a retailer like Best Buy is selling the slip, it doesn't mean Amazon is still stocking the slip... if the display picture on the item advertises the disc without the slip, chances are it won't have one.

I was here last year for the release of season 3, and unfortunately, not even pre-ordering guarantees you a lenticular slip. Many people who pre-ordered it from amazon, even months before the release, reported receiving a copy with just an embossed slip. And even then, some other people came in to report that they pre-ordered season 2 from amazon and they also didn't receive it with a lenticular slip.
Luckily I got all 3 seasons with the lenticular slip pre-ordering from amazon. But I'm a little worried for this season (if it's lenticular at all).

I've been lucky with all three as well... Even season 1 I got the lenticular, and I bought that a year or two after the set had even come out.
I've got season 4 on pre-order.. It's incredibly expensive (coming to $70 AUD... So hopefully it drops)... It's more than I'd want to pay for this, but I don't want to risk the chance on not getting the slip.
Fingers crossed they have one.

Fingers crossed they have one.

I didn't pre-order it yet cause we Brazilians pay some nasty import fee when buying from amazon (twice the price), but I plan to, as soon as it gets closer to release date and hopefully the price will drop. I will end up paying like $90 for it, being something like over R$300 BRL.

But yeah man, fingers crossed that we'll keep being lucky and getting lenticular slips.

Well, an unboxing video for Season 4 is up on youtube and sadly, there wasn't a lenticular slipcover with it. Just an embossed one. But curiously it looked like that there might be a lenticular around. Wondering if I should cancel my pre-order from amazon. I'd hate to not have a lenticular slip...if one really does exist.

FWIW, Disney told me there will be no lenticular slipcover with season 4.

Not happy...hoping that she had the wrong info but I get the feeling her info was accurate.

Bleh, I knew I should have picked the non-Lenticular cover for the third season. I think the first season only had a Lenticular cover. I still have the non-lenticular cover for the second season. hrmmm....

As much as I hate the slip for not being lenticular I still want ..all my first 3 seasons I have are lenticular...I guess maybe they didn't to stick with the theme of the story "Frozen" wouldn't make sense for "change" on the cover....guess that's one way to look at it

Lenticular slip or no lenticular slip, I don't care, I just want a slipcover and I'm not canceling my order and risk not getting a slip at all later on.
It's happened to me enough in the past and it's a pain in the ass having to track down and pay for a slipcover on its own on the secondary market. Never want to have to do that again.
My order remains!

I rewatched the show and now I'm considering getting seasons 1-3 on Blu-ray. The DVD I own do have better quality compared to other TV shows, but I wonder how much it is improved with the Blu-ray? The show doesn't really have great visuals tbh. Would you recommend?
