Another worthless 3D conversion, as I expected. LOL @ the people buying the 3D version just to have a nice slip cover. Are you watching the movie or the packaging?

Do both 2D and 3D come with digital copy? The reviews for both versions list digital copy as part of the "disc" content, but the version that I know comes with a digital copy is the 3D as it's listed in the title on sites such as amazon and on the slipcover where it states "Blu-ray 3D + Blu-ray + Digital copy"

But I can't seem to find concrete information.

The only version that comes with a digital copy of Thor 2 is the 3d combo pack. The 2D release just has the 2D blu ray and no DVD and no DC.

Thanks for the response. I got confused because the review for the 2D version on this site listed "digital copy" under the Disc contents.

Exactly the cover plus the digital copy makes it worth the extra few bucks. Still getting the Thor cover though and not trying for the Loki. No matter how great that Loki cover looks I want the hero front and center on the cover.

So it's been confirmed that the 2D only version has no digital copy. I saw the post above. Wasn't sure if anyone had received their 1 disc copy yet.


Also is the digital copy iTunes & is it in HD?

If it's like Disney's past recent digital copies, you get a choice to unlock it in iTunes, Amazon, or Vudu, and yes, you get the HD version.

1 Disc release is just that, the 2D BD in a case, no DVD, no Digital Copy and no slip.
