Well, Starship Troopers last night and King Kong tonight. Best presentation of a movie ever to hmmm, an interesting one

I did enjoy it but definitely had some pretty bonkers HDR going on.

I don't have a particularly bright TV (900 nits at a push) and I don't even have my backlight maxed out because I watch in a dark room but hot damn was this still bright especially those opening scenes.

Still haven’t gotten around to watching this. Picked it up on BF for $14, couldn’t resist for the piece. Last time I saw it was on DVD on a 480p projector. Pretty sure it will be an upgrade.

My favorite part of this 4k film; the rowdy HDR

I love the "11"!

I watched it last night and i thought it was great most part.

First hour was great and when they get off the island to new york also, but island itself was most inconsistency whit color and contrast... Some shots were rich and colorful and second later next shot lighting was like diffrent day

and i think it also affected some cgi blendings. Overall good upgrade but not best

Can someone confirm if the digital HD code of this set redeems both the theatrical & extended versions?

Just saw this movie for the first time on Netflix. It's bad, and the special effects are shit. The new Kong movie is way better.
