Same here, same set even (first film anyway). I think the total turnaround on getting the replacement was about two weeks, but other gruv returns have taken three weeks.

Gruv cancelled my Superman, Shin Godzilla and Weapons steelbook preorders around 25 minutes ago. The Superman order was placed before they switched to Shopify and Shin Godzilla and Weapons were in the same order after they switched. Luckily I still have an order for Superman at Walmart but it’s $16 more.

Did they give reason? I have multiple active orders still with them, including Superman. I just sent back a movie for a return and all my orders are still good.

It says they were cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances but I’m assuming it’s since I used the SIGNUP20 code for both orders. The Superman order was with a “different” email where I had periods in my Gmail address as well. The two orders were the only open orders I currently had open with them.

All my orders are like that and there was the other user who said they got fully banned, so was curious. I've placed 2 orders since the switch with 4 movies pending release.

Yea I had 1 order with Weapons and a few other steelbooks canceled, and then another with Superman canceled. Used the SIGNUP 20 code too. Weird that only of the other orders says it’s been canceled due to unforeseen circumstances though. The other one makes it seem like I canceled it. Also my Shin Godzilla steelbook hasn’t been canceled yet.

I just placed an order for the Corpse Bride steelbook and used a completely different email and a different card to see if that’ll get cancelled too

I’ve been using the iPhone hide my email addresses to place my orders but always pay with PayPal, so idk if a different payment method would work.
