Meanwhile the customer service at Zavvi probably don't even know where they work. Been asking for almost a month about some basic information regarding my pre-order and all I get told is they have technical difficulties

Just got my shipping confirmation from Zavvi via email. Also, the collectors edition seems to be back in stock at Zavvi. Shop at your own risk.

Is anyone here working on caps yet? I understand that it would take a while to do since this is an entire series, but any process happening? Any issues that I should know about before my CE ships?

The people who normally do screen caps are probably waiting on their CEs or UEs to be shipped too.

The German edition, which is mostly a 1:1 copy of the english packaging will be out very soon, without delays. As such, I wouldn't suspect the UK release to be delayed either, or not by a month unless there's a serious production issue with some english specific asset.

Also ordered collectors edition from rightstuf but not shipped yet. Is charged though. Really hope it comes soon, I'm super in the mood for a rewatch right now.
