An easy win for the World and European Champions tonight...

Spain 10 Tahiti 0

Torres with 4 goals...David Villa got a hat-trick...David Silva grabbed a brace...and Juan Mata also got on the score sheet

Did they really need to score that many goals on poor Tahiti? I know goals can be important if you're tied with another team but c'mon 10 goals?! That's really unsportsmanlike IMO

Gulf in Class...obviously.

Tahiti only have one professional player in their team...the rest are semi-professional.

Yeah that was totally wrong,he did handle it well, but shocking to be told by someone else while on air you've lost your job.

What had happened that a few of them were suspended?

Said on BBC site that before the first leg of the play off semi's against palace , few staff from Brighton put shit all over the palace dressing room that's why he and some the staff got suspended

Let's be honest, Poyet has looked like he's wanted out of Brighton for a while now...this is just the iceing on the cake for him...but not in the way he would of liked.

Bit like a player when he knows of interest from so called bigger clubs, then then they get their head turned by greedy agents...Poyet is no different...as soon as his name was being linked with all kinds of Premier League jobs, he would of that, stuff this, I'll have some of that...I've known for a good while...could tell, the way he was conducting himself in many of his post match interviews towards the latter of last season.

Interesting time, who's going, who's staying and who's coming in,hopefully the champions will have one or two players to shout about in the coming weeks.
