Went too two different best buys yesterday when they opened up neither one had steelbooks

Went to BB around 7:30 yesterday. They had my SB for pickup. Had to wait an additional 30 mins because they had to refund my order so they can apply the $5 BB Reward cert.

I looked around if there were any left, I didn't see any.

They had 6 copies available at the BestBuy I went to yesterday. And this was around noontime.

Ordered for in-store pick up and got it last night -- it was in mint condition. It's a really nice steelbook, too! Watched the movie and thought it was great.

Yeah, I thought it started off a little slow, but after the first 45 minutes or so the movie is great. It was neat seeing

So somebody bought almost 5% of the available steelbooks. Buying a few to resell later on OK, but this should not be allowed by anyone... I think you should be a registered retailer to sell this amount and these are store exclusives...

Got conflicting emails this morning saying that it was first unavailable and then 'it's being prepared". Called Best Buy CS and spent about 15 min on the phone with them before I just cancelled my order. I'm over it.

So if it's not in stock, a store, if they see it coming in during the week can pick your order for you and send an email saying it's ready when it's not.... I will be calling customer service today because last night I was too angry to vent on here or deal with it calmly over the phone. I told them flat out, "if it wasn't here, I would have be fine to get the email that said not available. This is rediculous there's a copy on the shelf you keep flashing before my eyes like your taunting me. Either give me that copy or a proper resolution or we will have a problem." Their attitude sucked straight through. After this.... I might as well just stick to freaking Amazon....

One of the stock guys f'ed up (those are the people who search for the in store pick up orders). End of story.
