Mine's in the mail, planning to watch in January. Can't believe the day has finally arrived. We spent more time ~~bickering~~ speculating this release than actually waiting for pre-orders to ship - yet possibly still the longest this thread has gone without arguing over best girl.

Only one of the model kits I backordered came in stock, I was sure I'd have them all by the time this thing shipped.

Speaking of girls, I wonder if this new blu release will fix the long problematic error of Shinji rescuing Asuka from the volcano? That had to be a mistake, right?

LOL! I just noticed I also received an order dispatch email from Zavvi yesterday, stating my Neon Genesis Evangelion Collectors Edition has just shipped - but I already received my copy 3 weeks ago in the initial batch of boxsets they sent out. I wonder if I'm actually going to receive a second set...
