Bundles are still in stock, except for the $100, the Necromancy and the Point Doom bundles, which sold out.

See, I don't have time to care about any of that. If I like a film or I'm interested in it, I'll buy it. I don't care what label it is or what their business practices are.

I'll leave the back and forth ridiculousness to you guys and the guys over on their FB page. I'm just here to buy movies.

Except people that were interested in the film can't buy it without buying a bundle containing movies they already have or don't want because Dark Force decided to make a small amount available to buy individually. Well, except for those people that got lucky within the first ten minutes that it was randomly put up for sale.

I really like Dead Pit but I'm OK with just having the old DVD.

That's the bundle I wanted but missed out. Looks like Scream Factory is getting most of my money this weekend.

Greetings everyone this is Tom, the new acting General Manager of Dark Force Entertainment. Today the release of Dead Pit Collector's Edition was a huge hit and did sell out in record time. We do apologize to anyone that was unable to get it. However we do have some remaining inventory that will be made available very soon. This entire release and series has been an expensive endeavor for us and we were unsure if it would be successful. Going forward we hope to be able to adjust some things accommodate all of our fans to the best of our ability. We do appreciate your patience and understanding but most of all your support of the dark forces.

Silly ******s. 4th of July - I'm at baseball game and they open their store and sell through the individual copies.

Tom, I already own all the DF and CR releases. I don't want a bundle.

And now we get to play games again with the store going up and down, and stock selling through in 2 hours when it opens. You guys truly win the jerk prize.

I have to say, I actually do find the latest antics funny. Then again, I have no interest in buying The Dead Pit.

Will there ever be a time where Dark Force / Code Red keeps their cartel stores open consistently and fully stock their products, so their customers can actually buy their goods?

The tactic of withdrawing the supply and making things seem like they are OOP or hard to purchase to drive sales is officially getting tiresome in the extreme.

Don't worry. It's not sold out. Sold out to them just means they are out of the first 200 copies Bill sent them.

Exactly. It is hilarious how “Tom” mentions on Facebook: "The run was limited to 1000 and three quarters of the inventory was sold today”. Even if this was the case, there’s no way they would limit an anticipated title like The Dead Pit to a limited “run" of 1000 all up. Their licence would have to be considerably more than 1000 copies. Predication: they will continue to be sold in limited quantaties for years to come, like all the other titles that have supposedly gone OOP.

Looking at it another way, it's pretty damn impressive that he was able to move $26000 worth of single copies of Dead Pit in a couple of hours not to mention another 10-15k on the other titles that were forced on buyers through bundles with Dead Pit.

Limiting the number of single copies and then having buyers fomo into bundles is brilliant indeed

Why is "Tom" already lying to us? He can't have been corrupted that quickly.
