Best Buy Canada Blu-ray Deals

Best Buy has some WB blu-rays for $4.99.

What I remembered seeing:
TMNT
Eyes Wide Shut
Alexander Revisited
Eraser

They had about 12 in total but my mind is drawing a blank on the rest of the titles. Also Best Buy's website is acting weird so I can't check what the other titles are online.

Is anyone else having problems with futureshop's website? Everytime I try to search for something or search a certain section, it keeps coming back "0 results".

Yeah both Future Shop and Best Buy are having problems with their websites. They say they are looking into it.

It's hard to imagine that even Ridley Scott himself ever saw the film in this condition, since he would have been watching the original clean film in the studio, but on older equipment. Certainly, none of us have seen the film with this brilliant clarity ever prior to this release.

It's fixed now, spaces were causing errors so you had to use underscores instead, and of course you couldn't use any search filters either

I'm curious. Did Future Shop change their policy regarding the Trade and Save? Reason I am asking is today they asked me for my phone number for the DVD trade in. They have never asked for my phone number before in the previous promotions and also yesterday I went to a different Future Shop to do the trade and save and they did not ask for my number. So does anyone know if this is a new policy or merely yet another store just doing whatever they want?

I traded in a DVD yesterday at FS and they asked for my phone number, then I had to sign the little electronic pad thingy for some reason. Dunno why!

I picked up the Ghost Rider 2 3D blu-ray for $19.99 after $10 trade though.

I held off the T&S since i knew I was going to the US the past week. Wow! What a difference the US BB has over Canada.

I picked up:

Anchorman: The Rich Mahogany Edition $24.99-$5 = $20
Milo and Otis $10-$5 = $5
Conan (the original) $15-$5= $10
From Dusk til Dawn 4-pacl $10-$5 = $5

I can't seem to find Milo and Otis anywhere in Canada which is odd. Glad I got it for that price.

What are the PM opportunities? From past experience I've found you can not PM and Trade and Save, has something changed in that regard?

These titles are not part of the trade and save. They are merely on sale for $4.99 at Best Buy.

anyone know if the care if the cover art is missing. i have a copy of 50/50 that was left in my laptop when i sent it in for repair i already have a copy of the movie so i want to use the extra for trade in but it don't have the cover art.

All you need is a case with the disc in side. Don't bother wasting ink on printing a cover.

i really hate how crappy canadas trade and saves are. why is it that 1/3 of the movies picked are alway the same movies.

or why do the try to scam people like take for instance hangover 1 and 2 u have to trade a dvd to get part 1 for 9.99 and part to for 14.99. well how is that a deal when they were that price just a couple weeks ago if the wanted to make i a deal they should have to them at 4.99 and 9.99 at leas that would have been a deal.

Yesterday, I picked up the Batman Begins and TDK steelbooks for $4.99 (back to FS go the $14.99 ones I picked up a couple of weeks back), MI: 4 BB Exclusive (3Disc) and Matrix Reloaded/Revolutions, also each for $4.99, and Meet the Robinsons 3D for $14.99. Picked these up in Bangor, ME, so did pay a little sales tax, but nothing like the 13% HST of New Brunswick!!! Huge savings!

Hoping that by the time I get to Portsmouth, NH store on Wednesday there will still be copies of Total Recall: MBE (supposedly $7.99 without U&S) and maybe Chariots of Fire for $12.99 after U&S. Plus I have a long list of ones I still need/want to pick up if available. Too bad about the 5/day limit. Was hoping the checkout girl in Bangor would accidentally give back my coupons, but alas, not that lucky.
