The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that Dexter has been renewed for a 6th season. It should be announced within a week or so.

Wasn't Deb trying to investigate deeper into the relationship between Dexter and his brother at the end of last season as well?

I know she was trying to find out who the other CI was, which was Dexter's mom. She started looking into that finding out that Dexter and Brian were brothers. Dexter acted like he didn't know and that was really it I think

They almost always edit the previews to make it look like something's gonna happen that isn't. I really hope that she does catch him in the act, or finds out somehow. It's about time.

I hate to say it, but Dexter and Lumen are kinda cute together (sorry Rita!)

I'm wondering if Deb will find out about him and Lumen being the vigilantes but not the whole truth about Dexter. Then Lumen will either die or end up going to jail for it and cover for Dexter. She made it pretty clear she doesn't care what happens to her as long as Chase gets what's coming to him.

I kind of want couples killers next season. They make a good team and Lumen is finally growing on me.

Also, damn she looks good in sweatpants.

Its just hard now that they went down the lovers road we already got the great punch in the gut last year... It just won't be the same this time around unless they drag it on for 4+ seasons again and make us care which I don't see happening.

I want that too but I doubt it will happen Julia Stiles will probably want to move on after this season. I know though that I would love the series to end with Lumen and Dexter married teaching a adolescent Harrison on proper kill techniques.

Well to be fair Stiles was on Kimmel and said she would love to come back, but that could be tv shtick.

I was gonna say eariler, spoiler tags really aren't necessary since it's in the title. If someone stupidly wonders in here and reads something they didn't wanna know, that's their fault.
