Just wait it out. Your first month doesn't start until you activate your card so you aren't missing out on part of your paid month.

This is not true. All my recliner ones are able to work, heck Dolby Cinema premium experience is buy-able in my market. It has more to do with the actual theater allowing Mastercard then anything. Literally in Denver, 95% of theaters are usable. It has nothing to do with chairs.

Though it seems weird that those theaters wouldn't allow MasterCard given that one is an AMC and the other a City Cinemas, and I see other theaters from those chains are available.

Not sure... but I was simply saying that it was not because of the chairs being higher quality.... why they don't work I have no idea, just not because of the chairs.

Yeah, that's why my best guess is cause they charge more at those theaters than the other AMCs and City Cinemas due to the chairs, so maybe movie pass considers that a "premium" showing. Though there is some inconsistency there, for instance at the City Cinemas with regular seating they are allowing Dunkirk, despite the theater putting a surcharge on it (a bigger $3.50 one) for 70mm showings.

Hopin today's the day since I signed up on the 16th (and saw someone on reddit in a nearby city who signed up after me got theirs two days ago). Not anything I'm dying to see in theaters right now (except Good Time I guess) but I'm just hoping I get the card before IT comes out!

But like I said, at my AMC that has reclining chairs, they also have the Dolby Cinema. Regular tickets at the theater are $12, but Dolby is $15 and I can buy them.

Same, the app has become more usable over the last week. Still waiting for my card but some of my friends have started getting theirs. I'm just impatient because there's a bunch of movies I wanna see soon and I'm trying to hold off on going to the movies until I get this thing haha

lol same here, I was excited to go on a movie spree last week with like Good Time, War/Apes, Wind River, and Logan Lucky. I ended up seeing Logan Lucky anyway but am still waiting on the others (though War/Apes is just about gone here now).

We signed up on the 16th too, and the app has been showing our card numbers since Saturday morning. Expecting them by this weekend at the latest.

Still plan to check out:
Dark Tower, Patti Cake$, Annabelle, Good Time, Logan Lucky

And then of course IT is coming, as you said.

All my Marcus Theatres are working and they're all now recliner theatres; hell, even the Ultrascreen and Superscreen showings have been showing as ones you can check into.

Excellent choice!

I have a 3 day weekend so I think I'm gonna see it a 7th time. It's been like three weeks since I've seen it

Patti Cake$ and Tulip Fever too

My AMC with powered recliners is working on Moviepass app despite premium ticket prices.

Don't expect your card tomorrow like some people on here. And no this isn't a scam, plenty of us have our cards and are using it!

Signed up two weeks ago, no card again today. I've been keeping it cool but this is getting a bit ridiculous, now. Please, please come before the weekend.

No card for me today either.

Wait, is this where I'm supposed to throw a tantrum and threaten to file a class action lawsuit or a complaint with the Better Business Bureau?
