I'm still trying to just sign up for the program. I registered but never received the verification email (been checking my spam folder religiously as well) and can't do anything until I click the verification link. There's no means to have it re-sent that I can see on the site. I emailed their customer support and their only answer was "Check your spam folder". I replied saying I did that already and please assist, and haven't heard back since.
Did anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions on how to resolve it? |

Yup, I got the same problem just like you. Never received any emails from them, I even tried to reset my password, and still got nothing. Luckily, I remembered my password, and was able to redeem my points for a digital code. However, I never received the email contained the code to redeem on MA, and my points balance has already been deducted for that transaction. I contacted them via their web site, and 48 hours later, still haven't heard anything yet.

I just want to win something on that darn The Invisible Man spin the wheel contest and all I get is 10 or 100 bonus points. Or today, I just got a flat out try again tomorrow. Here I thought it might be easy. Oh well, I have 14,000 points to burn atm thanks to Universal approving about 7 or 8 purchases that required receipt upload. But if I could just win SOMETHING from this damn spin the wheel lol.

These are my approximate results. 4 - 'Sorry' 2 - 100 points 1 - 'free spin' The wheel image property makes it look like 70% of the wheel is 'good stuff' which is odd because I don't think anyone expects that good a chance of 'success.' Redeeming JAWS 4K got me 1000. I check to see which movies are up on the rewards expecting the same low-key filler, but no! They're offering MST3K The Movie! Wow. That's seriously the the best 'pick your movie' reward they've had in a long time. Good thing I learned about this new program today!
On the other hand... SHARE A PIC OF YOUR MOVIE COLLECTIONI have a fishy feeling about this one. Do I really want them to see that I have Zardoz in my collection? Or could they be looking for something else? VHS, DVD, Blu-ray - we want to see it all! ![]() |

Maybe you could reach out to support about the specific rejection to ask why? Especially if you know exactly which one was submitted and rejected. Wish they'd clarify what they want. |

Told for receipt to be approved this what is needed. 1. Date is included. 2. Movie UPC is visible. 3. Image is in focus. I just uploaded 4 pictures 1 at a time via Receipt upload. Waiting for their Support Team to respond.
