I'm still trying to just sign up for the program. I registered but never received the verification email (been checking my spam folder religiously as well) and can't do anything until I click the verification link. There's no means to have it re-sent that I can see on the site. I emailed their customer support and their only answer was "Check your spam folder". I replied saying I did that already and please assist, and haven't heard back since.

Did anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions on how to resolve it?

Yup, I got the same problem just like you. Never received any emails from them, I even tried to reset my password, and still got nothing. Luckily, I remembered my password, and was able to redeem my points for a digital code. However, I never received the email contained the code to redeem on MA, and my points balance has already been deducted for that transaction. I contacted them via their web site, and 48 hours later, still haven't heard anything yet.

I just want to win something on that darn The Invisible Man spin the wheel contest and all I get is 10 or 100 bonus points. Or today, I just got a flat out try again tomorrow. Here I thought it might be easy. Oh well, I have 14,000 points to burn atm thanks to Universal approving about 7 or 8 purchases that required receipt upload. But if I could just win SOMETHING from this damn spin the wheel lol.

You're doing better than I am. I won NOTHING in my 2 tries. Still waiting for a receipt to be approved. They rejected one of my receipts, but I don't know why. It has one of the 1000 point titles on it, but it's from a few months ago. Perhaps they have to be submitted within a certain # of days?

It says you can spin once a day but seems to refresh on a less than daily schedule.
These are my approximate results.

4 - 'Sorry'
2 - 100 points
1 - 'free spin'

The wheel image property makes it look like 70% of the wheel is 'good stuff' which is odd because I don't think anyone expects that good a chance of 'success.' I looked for fine print about odds for each outcome that usually seems to come with games of chance like this but couldn't readily find anything.

Redeeming JAWS 4K got me 1000. I check to see which movies are up on the rewards expecting the same low-key filler, but no! They're offering MST3K The Movie! Wow. That's seriously the the best 'pick your movie' reward they've had in a long time. Good thing I learned about this new program today!

I submitted receipts dating back months if it helps you any. I did Emma 2020 blu which I bought near the end of May on Amazon, Parasite blu which I got months ago on Disc + Digital, Countdown blu which I also got months ago on Disc + Digital (maybe February), Harriet Target exclusive blu, The Lodge blu (Walmart) and The Gentleman blu (Walmart)

I think my oldest was January or February. Was your receipt prior to that? I wonder if they’re only doing 2020 receipts

That's weird then. I wish they'd say which receipt was approved. It'd help both in point history to state I got points for Emma blu-ray, and then for them to clarify my receipt approval was for Emma blu-ray or whatever movie it is in the email. I also wish they'd say why they decline as well. I was nervous they'd decline a couple, because I could only screenshot the disc + digital receipt email for Parasite and Countdown as I couldn't find them in my Vudu purchase history anymore (wonder if it's because of the FandangoNow purchase).

Maybe you could reach out to support about the specific rejection to ask why? Especially if you know exactly which one was submitted and rejected. Wish they'd clarify what they want.

I tried submitting the packing receipt that came with my Invisible Man 4K from Best Buy as well as my online BB order receipt from when I placed the order..... both DENIED.

I’m not exactly sure what they want.

My Invisible Man physical copy did not come with a separate Universal rewards code and the digital copy code didn’t work for the rewards program either. Was this movie not eligible since it came out prior to the relaunch of the rewards program?

Told for receipt to be approved this what is needed. 1. Date is included. 2. Movie UPC is visible. 3. Image is in focus. I just uploaded 4 pictures 1 at a time via Receipt upload. Waiting for their Support Team to respond.

Do you even get a receipt with a UPC when you buy from Amazon, Best Buy, etc?

Yes my BB 4k SB had a receipt. I circled the DATE & UPC and reloaded it.
