Almost everyone of those comes out for the Playstation. I only have an Xbox.

i dont have any interest in a single one of those games you mentioned .. and you didnt mention the only game i care much about until this drops. which is monster hunter world.so i can certainly believe them when they say it.

I'm personally not a fan at all of how Bethesda announces and releases their games. I know a lot of people here and other forums and gaming sites are.

Bethesda even with how they announce and release their games now still release half a*sed games full of bugs that require day one and post game patches.

Not surprising considering Quantic Dream the publisher for this game is a in house Sony first party studio and the game is exclusive to PS4.

R* is a third party studio and the game is a multi platform release.

Is there any reason to think that this game shouldn't look as good (if not even better) on the 1X than the Pro? Got both machines, and am now tending to lean towards the 1X for most (if not all) 3rd party games. Thank you.

If it was any other company than Rockstar id agree with you. But this is the same company that made grand theft auto 5 online portion their cash cow. I hate to say it,but I wouldnt be suprised if they announce, they ditched the offline in this game. That would be bye bye red dead for me and alot of other people.

I bet they are definitely working on the online portion at this time and fine tuning it, along with the main game, since they have many teams no doubt working on Red Dead Redemption 2.
As far as an online only game, I don't think Rockstar wants to alienate the story fans of the game, which have been traditionally single player experiences since GTAIII on PS2 in Fall 2001. If they release a game that's online only in the future though, I'd avoid buying it. I'm against the idea that a game is lost in gaming history, not to be experienced again because it was online only at one point in time, many years ago... An Online only game is kind of like renting a game. Eventually it won't be playable anymore. All that art work and design, gone.

Agreed. Not everyone wants to patch a game first time they put it into the disc tray to play it. Mass Effect Andromeda was a broken game right out of the box and absolutely required the update to progress past the first colonization. That's awful quality control by Bioware, unlike Rockstar, who release their GTA and RDR games without needing any fixes to be able to finish the game from my Rockstar experiences since GTAIII on PS2. Even the top down GTA 1 on PS1 was playable.

And Bethesda's Fallout 3, Fallout New Vegas and Skyrim on PS3 were great but broken games that were fixed later on instead of by the release date...

Does anyone know if I buy the physical release of RDR Game of the Year edition will it give me everything on my one X? I know it’s backwards compatible but you can’t buy that version in the Microsoft store, only the regular version and the DLC is all separate
