Still keeping (DVD) since it's the original cinema version.

DVDs are for posers, only laserdisc or a 35mm film print in your private cinema is real.

Luckily for me I have my own detached townhouse and also happen to live right by the main road out of town. So with all the big 18-wheeler trucks zooming past only 20m away, no one close by can tell the difference between that and the booming from my dual subwoofers.

I always just assumed Scotland is most accurately portrayed in anything written by Irvine Welsh.

It is, and it isn't. Scotland does have a lot of deprivation, though nothing like on the level of the US. But it's far more vapid and grim than the "romanticized" stories of Welsh. And, also, somewhat complicated.

Then, in contrast, you have a lot of wealthy urban areas. Anyone that's been to Edinburgh and ventured outwith the touristic centre, will have probably stumbled upon the vast areas of wealthy town houses.
