They charge upfront as a hold so it goes away after a few days, then they charge again for real upon shipping.

I was able to get an order placed with B&N through Chrome, Private Browser. It processed after about 7-10 minutes. Got the confirmation email as well. I had turned off every kind of ad block and vpn protection as well. No idea if any of it mattered.

Just something to keep in mind, fellas:

You may want to be careful with attempting multiple charges quickly.

Depending on your card, this may result in it getting flagged for "suspicious activity."

Don’t think it matters. Was running two different devices on multiple browsers with and without VPN and all froze up at the final checkout stage. Those that got through just got lucky I think.
