Yeah, the place is huge. Is it still known as "U Can't Finish" since so many of the students come from the "bigger" schools (UF, FSU, Miami)?

Wisconsin's offense is horrendous so far this season. They really can't be missing Paul Chryst that much can they?

The Big East is going to have to offer a lot to get BYU to go in their conference.

Looks like Ohio State could just run away with the Big 10.

I think it's going to be a common pattern for quite some time. (As long as Meyer is there) They can't partake in the Big 10 title game this year though. (Or Bowl game)

They beat Miami (OH) and UCF. And UCF kept in closer than it should have been. I'm not sure how they can really be judged until they beat someone that matters. They haven't even played a BCS conference school. I'm sure they'll be among the best of the Big Ten, which isn't very good this year, but it's early to tell.

Cue the one Ohio St. poster who only comes on here to call people names if they dare say anything that can be perceived negative about Ohio St.

It's their own fault. Had they skipped their bowl game last season (just a meaningless Gator Bowl) they could have had their bowl probation over with and competed in a bowl game this season.

The camera man who shot the play and aftermath of the Devon Walker hit that broke his neck says he never can Walker move at all from the time he hit the ground until he was taken away by ambulance. He is in stable condition but due to swelling they're saying he won't be able to have spinal surgery for a couple days.

Edit - I finally watched the replay of the hit and it's really not as ugly as I thought. Unless you slow it down it's hard to even tell it was such a catastrophic hit.

FCS Sacramento State beat Colorado on a field goal as the clock ran out. The kicker was a walk-on, but now they've put him on scholarship. Nice story.

Colorado has fallen a long way from the Neuheisel/Barnett days.

Florida St. game in delayed due to storms, but they're leading Savannah St. 48-0 in the 2nd quarter. They could certainly beat that massive point spread.

Syracuse kept it closer with USC than I figured. Barkley is definitely putting up Heisman numbers. He had 6 TD's today and has 10 in his first two games.

Michigan was unimpressive again this week, just barely beating Air Force.

The Big Ten better start to look out. They have looked awful thus far.

The Big Ten "Leaders" division could well end up looking like the 2011 Pac-12 South Division. Last year USC easily won that division but a crappy UCLA team was awarded the division title because USC was on probation. It could be that Ohio St. has the best record in their division but a disappointing Wisconsin team gets the bid for the Big-Ten title game due to OSU being on probation.

Gets a light like batman OSU is in trouble to the buckeye mobile!

Seriously I love Urban so take it with a grain, but you can already tell he's acquired the speed, he just needs to get more of "his" guys on both sides and they should clean house in the b10. Even Saban needed a little time to get his guys in.

They said during the game today that if Ohio State won their division, they would get the Leaders Division trophy. They just wouldn't be eligible for Big10 Championship game or any post-season games. I guess we can at least play for a trophy this season (woo-hoo!).

**And for anyone else wondering, I'm not the OSU fan the others above have mentioned. I'm just an OSU fan that knows we aren't perfect. I just hope Urban has us pointed in the right direction.**

Urban Meyer will have OSU going in the right direction. But I do have to say Meyer's recruiting classes post-Tebow have not panned out at all. Really the second Tebow left the team Florida turned back into a 7 to 8 win team. And I really don't think much of that has to do with Will Muschamp. Meyer left the cupboard VERY empty and I suspect that's part of the reason he decided to "spend more time with his family" for a whole few months before moving to a new job.

If I had to guess I'd say Meyer spends about 4-7 years at Ohio St. before moving on again, either trying his luck in the NFL or taking on a new challenge like Notre Dame when that job is open again. Some people may claim Ohio St. will be different and he'll stay there long-term, but I'd be shocked if that happens. Meyer is the Larry Brown of football.

Wow. Arkansas just got beat at home in OT 34-31 by Louisiana-Monroe. It was 28-7 Arkansas in the 3rd quarter.

That's a very shocking result. Arkansas was a 29.5 point favorite. LA-Monroe was a 4-8 Sun Belt conference school in 2011. Arkansas is lucky it was even close. They gave up 557 yards and LA Monroe's QB passed for 412 yards and 3 TD's. John L. Smith better turn this team around fast or he won't survive long at Arkansas.

UCLA is about to finish off Nebraska.
