I don't own a 4K player either and I own the regular Arrow version of each film, but these Arte Originale limited editions are so tempting!
At the same time I keep thinking that I shouldn't succumb to the siren calls, as I have a bunch of titles I don't own yet and want to purchase .

I'm very happy Dillinger is getting a UK release finally, I'm looking forward to picking it up.

I highly recommend German filmmaker Michael Venus's SLEEP, released by Arrow this month. Saw it at a film festival a few years back; while it is neither gory nor erotic, I enjoyed this slow-burning arthouse thriller with a surreal plot that reminded me of Alain Robbe-Grillet and David Lynch. Takes some patience but is rewarding.

Interesting though that Arrow has picked up a filmmaker who is virtually unknown outside Germany and decided to give his film a lavish LE treatment. Someone at Arrow must have been pretty impressed with his film, like I was.

What are the chances of still getting Sailor Suit and Machine Gun with the slipcover? It’s OOS at Deff, the only retailer you can rely on in this regard. I planned to pick it up in HMV but they had none

Arrow still have it listed on their site with one. Likewise Amazon. I'd take a punt and return it if it arrives without one.

I'd be surprised if the first print run has already sold out. Most if not all of their recent Japanese releases have survived intact at least until their first Arrow sale.

Thanks both. I stuck in an order with the Evil Empire as I had a gift certificate that I failed to use on the UHD of The Red Shoes, due to one of those inexplicable "undeliverable" farragoes that they inflict on us

Does anyone know if the UK release of Bandidos is playable UNCUT if a region free BD player is set to Region A? I know Born Under Crossed Stars from the "Seijun Suzuki: The Early Years. Vol. 1" set plays UNCUT when set to region A & was wondering if it is the same with Bandidos?

Yes, it's the same for Bandidos and Savage Three in the Years Of Lead box too.

Thanks. I had got the Spaghetti Western set earlier today hence my asking. Will watch the sets that the 2 films I mentioned come from as well as the one from the Poliziotteschi set (which I'd forgotten about) once I get a region Free BD player this month.

Considering I use a PS4 (it'll be PS5 whenever I get one in the future) for my film watching, is it better to just set any region free BD player I get to Region A than having to keep chanching region to watch things?

Never heard of this one, but I've got a couple of Sandra Hüllers films.
