Total joke. Sucks for people who work or were sleeping because they work nights and couldn’t get in on it, however I’m not sure that I’d want to support such a business anyway.

Remember even if they don't "find" more copies of the glow in the dark slip they are putting a slipless version out with identical disc at lower price shortly after LEs are gone.

Not interested in the bundle or playing the games they're doing. I think I'll just wait until the regular edition hits the store and save myself probably $10-15 when it's discounted later in the year.

I was going to order the $100 multi film package but it's limited to U.S. shipping only. Dark Force just does everything they can to push business away.

I excitedly had it in my cart, then went through a procession of thoughts akin to

how will i feel when this shows up knowing i paid $35 for it

seriously, you've seen this movie, and you'll need to rewatch it at least 4 times to make the cost worth it... and is that something you really want to do with your finite time on this planet

that doesn't even factor how often i'll need to pull it off my shelf to admire the glow in the dark effect before sliding it back and shuffling back to bed

you're a grown woman i know the compulsion but don't

Anyway, it sold out while it was in my cart, so I'm free!

The Magnum Pac isn't actually a bad deal if you still need the majority of the six BDs it comes with, since it also includes free priority shipping, a wire display stand, and original Dead Pit sell sheet and sticker. I was actually going to pass on Dead Pit at $40 and the bundle with Point Doom. I bought the magnum pac because I still needed five out of six BDs. I'll just sell Savage Attraction later.

I think the Gods Bloody Acre Blu is the best one in that bundle.

I really wanted Screams of a Winter Night, so I played the game. Glad to own it.

Dead Pit I'm on the fence. I'd get it if it were available.

Dark Force makes the decision easy, so no sale. I keep my money.

I'm actually glad I missed out on Dead Pit. Not only do I feel relief the madness is over (since it's sold out), I also won't have to keep reading about how this is the "biggest" collector's edition ever. What a load of bull. The scalpers can have all the copies. My DVD is good enough.

Yeah, I was pretty much in the same situation. I only had Nail Gun Massacre out of the six so I was essentially getting 5 BDs for $100 and I can probably sell Nail Gun Massacre on eBay for $20 or so. Not the best deal, but I've certainly paid more for Code Red discs in the past. Really wish they'd quite with the dumb games though and just do pre-orders.

Oh well, won't try to purchase again. Will gladly keep my DVD and spend the money on another company. Said it once, and will say it again... Dork Force is the worst thing to happen to Code Red. Oh how I long for the days of Bill complaining. At least I was able to buy his titles. How about you do this with your shitty releases and not another label.

Edit: The one time I purchased from you, you tried to pack 6 movies in one bubble mailer and they came crushed and you wouldn't reply to my email. Great service you are providing.

Wonder if Bill has made more or sold more since this unholy alliance began.

I feel like he sells more in shorter time frame, but hurts his 'image' even more than old bill... if that is possible. He wouldn't be around if it wasn't for leeching off Bill. He even does that in a scummy way. Give these titles to Ronin and they would sell just as well.

I hardly ever post but I have to say. Something is not right about the way Dark Force does business. It seems very unethical. I have ordered a couple films from there in the past, that I watched once. This was when they had free shipping. Though I was never a big Dead Pit fan, I was almost going to purchase it the first time it went on sale, until I thought about the $35 price...plus $5 shipping. $40 for a film I wasn't that in to changed my mind. Then I considered the Dead Pit/ Point Doom 2 pack for $45. An extra film I didn't know much about for only $5 more, but decided against it. Now the store has been down a week or more and I see the games of, get a single copy for exorbitant prices if you're lucky, or now pay $100 for our only option left, or pay $70 to an Ebay scalper if you want it at all.

I can't understand how a similar company that deals in Code Red films I won't name can remain open 24/7, consistently put out decent and better films for cheaper prices, AND have free shipping, and not play all the games of making people have to buy a copy with some other piece of crap they don't want/have never heard of, contrasted with looking at Dark Force on Facebook...people are acting like they won a scratch off lottery ticket if they were able to get a copy of a film. If I didn't know better, I'd say this company is taking films know to be in demand, either creating small amounts of them that don't meet demand (or pretending to so people freak out and pay anything) and going dark on site to create hysteria for certain titles, knowing many people will go to an Ebay scalper. Possibly even someone they know? This company is a scalper's dream.

Either way, this scam is making these titles, and the lesser known titles many people care little about more money than they would be making if a reputable company that didn't play these games and sold them at a reasonable price would be.

I have to agree. It may have taken Bill 2 months to send out a freaking title, but at least he didn't play games like this.

Bill is most likely the mastermind of these games. He understands how to play the movie collector better than anyone and has been doing it for years and years. Dark Force is just an extension of that.
