You can email them. I definitely received my confirmation email, with order number, back on 6/28 when I ordered via the website. I even contacted them(using that email) and got a response with 10-15 minutes, answering my question.

I contacted them and was told that I ordered directly from the manufacturer and they had nothing to do with them. I ordered from crstallakememories.net

I'm sorry, I thougt you had ordered through DD. I guess I wasn't keeping up with the thread. I ordered through DD, so I wouldn't be able to help you with the crstallakememories.net website.

The email that payment gets sent to (at least using Paypal) is orders@elmstreetlegacy.com. You could always try shooting that an email and see if you get a response.

Sorry if I missed a post (I probably have), but has DD said anything yet about this delay, besides stuff for people attending? Like, do we know when the signing's happening and when people who pre-ordered will be getting it now?

The signing is on September 13th at 6pm.

You could expect them to ship out a few days after the signing.

i've definitely been wanting to get this. i suppose since it's a small independent studio there's little to no chance of a re-release on blu-ray

I'd just go ahead and pick it up as is. It'll be upscaled, not to mention a good chunk of it will be interviews anyways.
