My Roddenberry Vault order has gone back up from $15.99 to $52.97

Just a heads up for those who ordered at $15.99, it seems like they're adjusting the orders.

So much for that "pre-order price guarantee" (although I never really expected them to honour it )

Mine also currently remains at $15.99. I can understand if they decide not to honour the mistake and send an email to everyone who ordered at that price, giving them the option of keeping it or not. But can they actually raise the cost of an item in an order without first advising the customer?

Wondering if anyone here ordered the new release of American Werewolf in London from Amazon? I've had a copy on order since the summer, and for some reason the release date is wrong and says September 2019 is the due date! I've spoken to Amazon support a few times and they keep telling me they'll get back to me with information, but no one ever does. They have the import version for about $10 more than my pre-order. I'm thinking I'll just give up soon and spend a bit more to buy it locally! Anyone have the same experience?

try calling in and ask for a supervisor. explain the problem and ask if they can put in an order for the import version and adjust the price to the price of ur other order. sometimes they will. or they may offer to apply a credit to u r account the diffence to let u place the order.

That's exactly what I did. I emailed them and told them about the mistake on their website. I sent them the link to the "import" version which was in stock and asked if I should order this one instead and if they would re-adjust the prices for me. So then I got a reply back saying to order the import version and they would definitely adjust the price for me and waive the shipping fee. And cancel the previous order too, obviously. And within 2 days I got my copy. And I must say, it's better to have that import copy; no bilingual packaging means I can read the back of a Universal release for once!

Didn't think it was possible but Amazon has gotten even worse with their packaging. They shipped 4 blu-rays in a bubble mailer that was 11 inches by 15 inches.

So glad the Hellraiser box set dropped in price. Had it pre-ordered but wasn't thrilled with the price. Still not thrilled but supposedly it's a really good set.
