You know what the strange thing is? When I googled images for this, I found all the images used for the official cover in Hi-rez. It would seem that Lionsgate's designer just Googled the images too :-)

I couldn't find a good source for the poster, so I had to redo it from a lower-rez image. The backlight halo and the subtle sky/sundisc in the back are just meant to bring that little bit of life to the image. If you look really close, you can see that I superimposed Downey's features on the silhouette of Chaplin on the front. It's at just 4% opacity, so you have to know about it to spot it. Just one of those things I like to do.

For the back I made a montage of the few stills I found. If they were of a better resolution, I'd have made a bigger montage. As they were, they would only just stand up to half the width of the back, thus the Black/White Yin/Yang composition. What you have available more often than not dictates the design choices.

hi guys...i need the help of some of you, i need to find blu-ray cover for these movies:

gettysburg (director's cut)
gods and generals (director's cut)
all about eve
the hustler
an affair to remember
bonnie and clyde
the color purple
all the president men
a star is born

john adams (mini-serie)

i first bought these movies as digibook (but i've never really been a fan of digibook) so now i would like to get rid of my digibook and place those dics inside real blu-ray case but i can't seem to find cover for these movie anywhere,so i was hoping somebody here on this thread could help me and tell me where i could find these cover, i would really appreciate it.

Sometime this year I will try to get more digibook covers done but right now I'm trying to get all major studio blu-ray templates done.
If you still have the back stickers to those digibooks and could scan/send them to me, it'll be alot easier to have those done.

I bought a used speed racer copy from amazon hover when i got it the cover art was torn up.
Where can I take it to be printed so it looks almost as the original one?

To me it's preferable if you add "The" to it, since all American press materials call it "The Rocketeer" and in the film they call him "The Rocketeer".

Very nice cover. Sigh, someday I hope to have a decent transfer of this movie! The DVD is ported from the old LaserDisc transfer made in 1991 (and it's a lousy, slightly cropped one at that)!

Indeed, and the title card in the actual film says THE Rocketeer, but I just couldn't bring myself to do it. Comics fan all the way!

Seriously, if there ever is an official release, I will have to revisit this with actual specs. Maybe then. If I could find an easy way to make a "The" that fits the logo treatment I'd have done it already. At the moment I'm busy with a duo of 80's action classics soon to be released on Blu.
